Preslav Kalchev

My name is Preslav Kalchev. While I was growing up and studying IT, I  realised that it was not for me. I never imagined I would be interested in cooking however. I discovered my passion for cooking, while working a summer job in pizza restaurant when I was 18. My main drive for pursuing a career in the Culinary arts is to make people happy and see people smile while they eat. In the coming years I see myself working somewhere abroad and developing my skills and techniques and while working slowly starting to plan my own business.
